Looking at followers with an alternative...
As blogged on Tuesday, the findings of the report we published on Monday are based on several metrics and not follower numbers alone - we feel that this metric alone doesn’t say much, and mentions and retweets are a better barometer of both reach and influence.
Based on these metrics collectively we outlined findings around how the three main parties are using Twitter. These findings are backed...
A Tweetminster Survey
We thought it would be interesting to run a little experiment - a Tweetminster survey around trust in politics. The survey is not a poll, it is an experiment and we thank you in advance for your time!
The results will be published on Sunday 31st of January. All duplicates will be excluded from the results.
The survey can be found here.

4) Common sense alone should tell you that the follower numbers...

On followers, Boris Johnson & lists
Yesterday we published a report on Twitter & UK politics. We were overwhelmed by the feedback, coverage and debate that it sparked - so thank you to all the contributed.
We thought it would be helpful to address some of the most frequent points of feedback:
1) Number of followers alone don’t reflect influence. This is not a simplistic approach, it’s simply put, wrong - follower...
